Julia Chandler has lived in the north east for the last 20 years. She studied at the Edinburgh college of art and with Martin Kinnear at the Norfolk Oil Painting school. During lockdown she became an alumni of Nicholas Wilton’s Creative Visionary programme. She enjoys painting abstracts landscapes and flowers.
