We revised our Constitution on 6th October 2015
To promote the artistic endeavours of the members of the Group.
The membership of the Group to be limited to about twenty five members.This may vary in accordance to the venue capacity.
Will be in three terms, each of twelve to fifteen weeks. Normal meetings to be held on Tuesdays.
Membership fees will be due annually. These can be paid in one instalment in September or in three instalments at the start of each of the three terms.
An Annual General Meeting will be held each year on the first convenient Tuesday in the autumn term to elect Officers and to approve the Group’s activities and expenses.
A Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Web Master are to be elected annually. The outgoing officials will remain available, where possible, for smooth transition of responsibilities. There will be an auditor independent of the Committee to approve the financial reports.
